Min Perry, a 37 year old resident of Wellesly, MA was trapped and seriously and critically injured in the May 2008 MBTA train crash in Newton, MA. As a result of the train crash Min Perry has sued the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority for its negligence in causing the accident. and consequently sought out the legal services of Breakstone, White & Gluck.
